Price match policy

At Capital Iron Home Store, we are committed to providing competitive pricing. If you find an identical item offered at a lower price by a local competitor, we will gladly match the price and refund the difference—subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a price match:

• The item must be identical in all aspects—including name, model number, material, and construction—and be made by the same manufacturer.
• The competitor must be a local brick-and-mortar non-membership retail store.
• The lower price must be publicly advertised, whether:
  • On the competitor’s website,
  • In a printed flyer,
  • In digital or online advertisements.
• The terms and conditions of sale must be clearly stated in the advertisement.
• Price match is available within one year from the original date of purchase.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for price matching:

• Open-box, display models, or previously used or scratch and dent items
• Discontinued products
• Limited quantity offers
• Door crasher deals
• End-of-season clearance events (particularly for outdoor products)
• Seasonal items that require pre-season ordering

Additional Terms

• Price match is calculated after applying all other rebates, discounts, or promotional offers included in the same purchase.
• If the customer received any additional benefit—such as free delivery, bonus items, or additional discounts—these will be deducted from the price match difference.

How to Request a Price Match

Please provide the competitor’s advertisement (digital or print) along with your purchase receipt. Once validated, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment.
